However, these actuators are still vulnerable to wear and tear—particularly bushing collapse, spring fatigue, and motor degradation. Most failures stem from carbon build-up, overcompensated calibration attempts, or long-term gear wear. This is why its imperative that you do not fit or purchase aftermarket components especially on this model running the MMT (multimode transmission system). If you are planning on taking a gamble then be sure to keep the original unit as WE CANNOT REFURBISH CHINESE OR CHEAP AFTERMARKET UNITS unfortunately.
